Location was good if you want to be near the beach

Staff was not attentive and did not give me some vital information. Hotel description was embellished from actual property. Room was supposed to have balcony with ocean view.

Room was clean and spacious, staff were friendly and accommodating. Will com back here with my friends.

This is a simple and very nice, small hotel just a block from the beach. I stayed in room 401 which had a small balcony and partial view of the ocean and the hills. The staff were all very kind and helpful. The part of the beach area with most Western visitors is about a 10-15 minute walk…which worked well for me. There are plenty of stores, restaurants and other conveniences very nearby. The Heart Coffee shop in front of the hotel is very relaxing. I bought an iced americano there every day. They also sell coconuts, juices and smoothies. A small laundry just down the street washed and folded my laundry twice over an eight night stay- doing an excellent job both times. I was very happy at An House, and I would gladly stay there again.

Great location for great price. Staff was helpful - we used laundry and motorbike rental services, all went nice!Special shout out to the Heart Coffee - amazing coffee and smoothies!

Ants in the room

Great location, 3 minutes walking to the beach. Nice staff.Everyday added bottles of water, washed floor and changed towels.

The room was not totally clean in general (except the floor).Some ants have been found in the room, especially during cooking.

Close to the beach, easy to walk to the beach. Nice home

On my first visit, it was a rainy day, so the room felt a bit damp and stuffy. But when I came back on a sunny day, everything was dry and more pleasant

The access just accross the da nang beach, very homey, clean and comfortable.

The receptionist should be able to communicate basic english

Staff didn’t help us at all, barely speaking English all the check in was made with google translate. We needed to do late check out for our flight and the guy didn’t even try to understand us. We booked a room with a balcony and in the end it was a small space not even one person can stand inside.

Great location near the beach and a 10 minute walk to the bustling My An area. Quiet and clean. Staff were friendly but not always around hence a slightly lower score. Room was large and bed was comfortable. Hot water. Good wifi

Great location, everything is new and clean! Really great spot for that price, towels were changed each second day! Not in all 5 star hotels there is such optionWill recommend to our friends and relatives! Big hello to staff and cleaning lady!

Sometimes it was a little noisy from reception in the morning, but it is only when you live in studio

The location was excellent. The balcony had a nice view onto the street. The curtains kept the room very dark.

The bathroom had a lot of problems. It was leaking all over the floor. The entire stay. The balcony had a dysfunctional and awkward set up. The staff was not helpful.

Good location, nearby the beach, cheap price

My mom asked the staff (who said father of the hotel owner) about amenities but they don’t support with bad altitudes, made my mom felt really uncomfortable & annoyed.

Nice place with a good location. The cleaner came every day and changed the towels which was nice.The staff was friendly and we loved the cafe downstairs.

We would have liked to have had hand soap in the bathroom and the TV didn’t work.

The room was very clean, the housekeeper (and I think there is only one?) was excellent. The A/C works very well. The property was responsive to messages through the Booking app thankfully, It was pretty cheap, like $25 CAD per night so perhaps my expectations were a tad high. Also the coffee shop right out front is awesome with great coffee and great staff.

Well for a couple of days the wi-fi did not work, was able to message them through the Booking app and it was eventually fixed. The area is just okay, there are for more amenities down in My An which I would stay in next time. The narrow road saw lot of tour buses for the hotel next door and was hard to maneuver at times. There really is no staff to speak of, the front desk was barely manned, so things need to go right for you. My biggest complaint may be the bed though, it is legit hard.

Easily to walk from here to My Khe Beach. Fully equipped room. The staff was also support us to rent motorbike with reasonable price

Location not that noisy

Water system was so poor. Hot water run out super fast after shampoo . Hired a big room with balcony on second floor and after 2 days, there were a lot of bug in the toilet and bathroom as well.

It is modern, clean and spacious. It felt like a home away from home. Thankful for the staff for always attending to our requests. Amazing service.

As the description - clean, tidy and perfect for the price. 3 min walk to the beach and the coffee shop downstairs has great iced coffee! We communicated with Google translate which was super easy. The hosts were lovely in letting us keep our luggage for the day after check out before our evening flight.

Lots of construction/development going on around the property so it’s somewhat loud (but this is no fault of the property itself).

Excellent experience! The hotel has a beautiful, spacious atmosphere, with friendly staff and great service. The staff also offered helpful and enthusiastic advice, and the receptionist's voice was very sweet. Next time I’m on a business trip, I’ll definitely return to this hotel to relax.
